Green Wheels lunched its new and improved website (beta version). The website allows visitors to learn more about Green Wheels activities.

The website contains new features allowing customers explore, communicate and interacted with company.

[Online quote] and [online reservation] modules allow customers to request and receive moving quotes in seconds. "Customers find it easier and faster" says Green Wheels Customer Service Manager. "They can now go online, request a quote and receive it to their email anywhere, anytime. They can also make adjustments to their quotes with our point to point relocation system© from home, office or on the road.

The feature I like most is the [online reservation] module. Our customer can reserve their move online by submitting a simple form based on the quote they have received. So if you are too busy during the day to call our customer service center and reserve your move, you can now do it online anytime in seconds.

Other feature lunched in the new website are [customer service center] which assist customers interact with the company in a click of a button.

"We see increasing customer satisfaction by using the new features. We are all looking forward to implement these features in our daily operation."

Green Wheels introduced a new partnership with real estate agents.

The objective of this partnership is to educate customers in how to green their move. Realtors joining the campaign receive green tool kit for their clients:
