Certificate of Insurance - how does it work?

A certificate of Insurance is a a proof of insurance issued to the name of the shipper and any additional insured party. Certificate of Insurance will be issued upon request.

Please note: the Certificate of Insurance (pdf file) wil be forwarded to you via email. Please forward the certificate to the relevant parties (management company, building, etc').

Should you want to forward additional documents please email to info@GreenWheelsMoving.com with your Reference Number.

Cost:

1. Each Certificate Of Insurance costs $50 (with one insured party only).

2. Each additional Insured costs additional $25.

3. Upon receipt of your request our Customer Care Rep will contact you to process payment.
